The people who build the Treasure Coast need a voice in local government.

TCBA PAC supports candidates who understand the building industry and keeps you informed on the decisions that land on your bottom line.

What the PAC does

Direct action to protect the builders, trades, and suppliers working across four counties.

Reviews the candidates

More than 200 people ran for office across our area in the last primary. The committee reviews candidates for county and city seats and identifies the ones who understand what it takes to build here.

Supports the right ones

Contributions go to candidates who understand the building industry. A committee of TCBA members decides, not any one person.

Gets out the vote

The PAC backs voter registration drives and get-out-the-vote efforts so the industry shows up on election day.

Impact fees, permit systems, and mobility fees get decided in rooms most builders never sit in.

A county switches its permitting software and your jobs stall for months. A city raises mobility fees and your next project pencils out differently. These decisions get made at commission meetings on weekday afternoons, and TCBA is in the room when the industry needs a voice. The PAC makes sure the people voting on those decisions know who we are before they cast the vote.
